Dr. Alexandra Mai, D.D.S., M.S.

Dr. Alexandra Mai is a native to the Northern Virginia area. She completed her undergraduate degree in biological sciences with a chemistry minor from Virginia Tech. Upon graduating, Dr. Mai attended Georgetown University where she earned her Masters of Science in Physiology. Knowing she always wanted to pursue a career in healthcare, Dr. Mai attended Howard University College of Dentistry where she received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery. She completed her residency in Periodontics at the Saint Louis University Center for Advanced Dental Education where she simultaneously completed a Masters of Science in Dentistry. Dr. Mai has extensive training in periodontics, dental implants, ridge augmentations, gum grafting, sinus augmentations, and LANAP laser treatment.

In her free time, Dr. Mai enjoys spending time with her husband, cycling,  trying new restaurants, and cheering on the Washington Capitals.
